The BIFF Mission:
In its fourth year, it’s still BIFF’s number 1 goal is to show local and regional films next to films from all over the world. Bloomington and Indiana is rich in film-making history and talent, we at BIFF believe it is our job to showcase it.
BIFF aims to reveal the talent that Bloomington has, to the world.
THE FUTURE OF BIFF
BIFF is only the start, future plans include grants through a film fund, a film tour showcasing highlights from the festival, and screening of feature films at multiple venues in Bloomington.
Film Funding
The film fund is set up to assist Bloomington and Indiana filmmakers with much needed funds to level the production quality playing field.
The Film Tour
To bring awareness to Bloomington Filmmakers AND THE film festival. This tour stands to attract other filmmakers regionally and nationally to join the BIFF Bloom community. We screen all of the films from the film fund and a few submissions from Hoosier film communities.
